Service Description
This exclusive option is only for our Loyalty Members that have received their confirmation from our reservations department. Reminders ⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ ◾️ When a minor is not accompanied by an adult, the Q11 staff reserves the right to decline service to any underage client if the attire is deemed inappropriate for a minor. ◾️ The Q11 staff reserves the right to decline service to any client if anything about the session is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or goes against our core company values. The use or display of guns (fake or real), gang signs, threatening or offensive language/hand gestures, or similar entities are not allowed. ◾️ Smoking of any kind is prohibited while on the grounds of Q11 Photography ◾️ A maximum of two (2) un-photographed guests are allowed per session. ◾️ Canceling or not being able to make your appointment inside the 48hr rescheduling window, will require purchasing our Basic/Elite Rescheduling Insurance in order to qualify for booking another Elite session. ◾️ We allow the photographer 10mins additional studio time to change backdrops, lighting adjustments, etc. This will not count against your scheduled session time. ◾️ Due to the current need to properly sanitize and clean prior to the next session, occupying the dressing room for more than 10 minutes after your session was scheduled to conclude, will result in a $50 time extension fee that must be paid before receiving your photoshoot gallery. ◾️ By booking an appointment, you agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions below.
Cancellation Policy
◾️ For holiday & makeup bundle sessions, ALL sales are final. Refunds will not be provided, and payments can not be transferred to future sessions. Clients are able to reschedule without penalty at any time, 48hrs or more before their photoshoot. ◾️ To reschedule your appointment, log in using the same email you entered when making your reservation at the top of our homepage on Q11photography.com ◾️ Click "My Bookings" and select a new date and time ◾️ All appointments made within 48hrs from the reservation time are final unless appointment insurance has been purchased ◾️ Refunds are not provided for sessions canceled within 48hrs of the appointment time, and payments can not be transferred to future reservations ◾️ In the event that company property, equipment, or props are damaged by you or your guests during your session, Q11 Photography has the right to withhold your photo gallery until payment for a replacement, or repair has been received.
